SHIPPING POLICY


Credit Card Transactions

 

If an item is out of stock you will be immediately notified by email and followed up by phone. Your Credit Card transaction will not be processed. A confirmed date for in stock will be provided and at that time your credit card will be presented for authorization.     

Order Tracking / Status

 

U.S.A & Canadian delivery services are provided by Federal Express Ground and are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Purchases will not be shipped to a P.O. Box or to an APO/FPO address according to Federal Express policies.

 

When first placing an order online or by phone, you will be notified by e-mail that we have confirmed receipt of your order. Details of your order are included in the email notification.

 

When your order has been processed and ready for delivery you will receive a second notification by e-mail that your order is en route. A tracking number will be forwarded to you in your email notification.

 

For your convenience you will be able to track your package by clicking onto Fedex.com UPS.com or CanadaPost.com. Our call center does not have immediate access to these tracking numbers and it would be advisable when calling our customer service desk that these numbers be readily available to help process your request promptly or just provide your Order Number.

 

Delivery times are 3 to 6 business days. If we foresee any delays in your shipment you will be immediately notified.


International Orders shipped off the North American Continent will have additional shipping charges applied. Your Credit Card transaction will be delayed and an immediate email will be forwarded to you providing you the opportunity to authorize the additional shipping fee. These fees will vary from country to country and a TiesNBelts.com representative will contact you and provide you with specific details.
